My name is Evan Nedialkov, and I am thrilled to begin helping families find their dream homes. Before entering the real estate industry, I developed my technical skills as a heavy-duty equipment technician in Portage la Prairie, Winnipeg, and surrounding rural communities. Unfortunately, due to carpal tunnel syndrome, I had to leave that career behind. It was a difficult transition, but it opened doors that I never expected.
 
I found myself joining the service industry where I worked behind the bar mixing drinks and engaging in conversation with customers. It was here that I discovered my passion for working closely with people, understanding their needs, and making meaningful connections – whether it was crafting the perfect cocktail or helping someone find their dream home. My journey to real estate began unexpectedly at a dinner table conversation, where a casual joke about becoming a realtor sparked my curiosity. After that, I quickly pursued my license and was determined to join the real estate field.
 
Outside of work I have a variety of interests that keep me balanced. I’m passionate about curling where I enjoy the challenge and team spirit on the ice. Fishing is another favourite hobby; it’s my way of unwinding and reconnecting with nature. I also enjoy using my technical skills and creativity to fix my project cars. In my personal life, I spend time with my two dogs, Brandy and Oliver. They join me on summer camping adventures and regular trips to the dog park. I also enjoy spending time with my lovebird Mango.
